I am many things…my core self is an explorer, a scientist, an artiste, a healer…

I have been highly influenced by the concept of being a Renaissance Man. I aspire to learn as much as I can, to do all the things I love and to do them well. I look young, but I have done many things already. I am a Renaissance Women.


Yoga Teacher, I work with kids (5-9), seniors citizens and everyone in between. I guide weekly meditations for seniors. I have held retreats and workshops on yoga, meditation and laughter yoga…

Painter, most inspired by the works of Monet, Van Gogh, Gustav Klimt and Picasso…my pieces have an impressionistic feel with a possible abstract twist.

And you never know, you may also be hearing me on your radio or you may see me flash by your screen…Or hint of me in a piece of art, as I am an artist's muse.

I am here to spread good words, to be a ray of light and smiles on bad days, to create art, explore and to connect with people.
